1.Co-ordinate and supervise the branch staff and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to
2.Meet the various revenue targets as agreed on from time to time in respect of New Business and Renewal Retention
3.Ensure accurate and competitive quotations are prepared and delivered promptly to prospective clients, brokers and agents
5.Identify and develop new distribution outlets
6.Gather marketing intelligence statistics to facilitate development of strategies to give the company a competitive advantage
7.Train intermediaries ongeneral insurance products
8.Oversee underwriting procedures in the branch to ensure sound acceptance of risk
9.Oversee claims procedures at the branch and guide clients and intermediaries appropriately
10.Collection of premiums as per Credit Control Policy
11.General management and administration of the branch office.
12.Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
