    Supervision Of sales executive

    Develops distribution networks
    Implements promotional activities.
    Achieves sales targets set.
    In-charge of sales force in the zone
    Designs and enforces effective route distribution.
    Ensures that all sales proceeds are collected and banked.
    Attends and solves customer problems and complaints.
    Manages sales force performance.
    Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Marketing/ Commercial Manager

    Experience 5 years
    Education Level Degree
    Qualifications
    Software Ms office applications
    Equipment Industry related
    Knowledge Of sales and Marketing, management, branding, promotions, Has a good knowledge of IT and preferably tally as well as ERP systems.
    Skills To Communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills
    Ability To work under pressure, attention to details, solve problems
    Personality Hard working, energetic , self motivated
