PRINCIPAL OFFICER INSURANCE AGENCY

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to head of fiancĂ© the position will be responsible for managing insurance agency on daily basis to deliver business growth, excellent customer’s services, operational compliance, staff performance and development

KEY ACCOUTABILLITIES
-    To provide and comprehensive manage the activities  of the agency firm including business generation management and grow insurance business meeting the seat targets from time to time
-    Plan, organize and coordinate day to day running of the agency
-    Respond to customers enquiries and handle customers claims
-    Undertake market research in order to identify and recommend competitive products and services
-    Liaise with the regulatory  and provide all necessary reports
-    Provide report on the state business to senior management
-    Participate in the recruitment in training and management  of departmental staff
-    Any other related duties

QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of bachelor degree in insurance from any recognized university, possession of insurance professional certification will be an added advantage.  Candidate  should have at least  5 years working experience in the insurance industry with the extensive knowledge  of sales and marketing  sound knowledge of insurance  products and  services and TIRA regulations S/HE should be of high levels of professionalism, honest, with impeccable integrity, good management ability with capacity to grow support and develop talent within the agency


RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the head of finance the position will be responsible for managing risk and compliance matters on daily basis to deliver business growth, excellent customer services, operational compliance staff performance and development and investigations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-    Work as liaison between the bank and regulatory agencies regarding and compliance matters and investigation
-    Prepare and evaluate regular suspicious activity reports
-    Study new banking products and services to evaluate  risk
-    Inform and advice matter relating to codes of conduct anti money laundering regulations  and terrorist financing activities
-    Assist in the  development of and manage process to identify and evaluate business policies and standard
-    Prepare training materials for  issues related to risk and compliance
-    Assist in the  development of an manage process to identify  and evaluate  business policies and standard
-    Monitor daily transactions  done by all branches country side so as to identify suspicious transactions
-    Doing  forensic investigations
-    Any other duties related to risk and compliance

REMUNERATION
All position carry a competitive salary and packages commensurate to qualifications experience
