Job Description
Our client is a newly established printing company, looking for an Operational Manager that will assist the establishment of the firm from the scratch. The Operational Manager will be responsible for supervising all departments involved in running a printing company.
Responsibilities
The Operational Manager who is required should have knowledge of current strategies to run a printing company. Operational manager will be handling issues relating with hiring new employees, coordinate orientation, supervision, and controlling their performance in a working environment. He/she is responsible for nurturing business operational ideas and advising the General Manager on matters related to printing industry. He/she must be aware of the up to date printing machines and stationery tools so as to keep the company competitive at all times. He/she is in charge of planning and control system to ensure customers are served with quality products. He will be responsible for all production and administration aspects of the business.
Position Requirements
Qualification:
The candidate should possess a degree in Business Administration, IT, Graphics Design and equivalent fields and having wide knowledge about printing business. He must have not less than 4 years experience in printing business. High understanding about current printing machines and other stationery related tools. He is supposed to have bold leadership, communication, delegation and business management skills.
