Oversee all areas related to sales force training and development and work alongside the Head of HR on overall staff training and development . Responsible for owning the impact of training and development by measuring the change in performance of our sales force and sales partners from before to after specific training . Develop the overall training strategy and curriculum, with a focus on innovative and cost effective ways to enhance performance of the staff Be responsible for creating and maintaining all core team training materials Create innovative ways to enhance performance that doesn't rely on traditional training models. Run testable experiments that measure the impact of different training approaches and styles. Lead and supervise the training and sales training teams. Assist the Head of HR and Admin on all areas of talent management and development within the business.
