RESPONSIBILITIES
- The officer shall explore and report on the matters relating to
- providng legal assistance in all relevant matters in banking business
- drafting of pleadings in respects of cases instituted for against the bank
- court appearance
- registrations of security documents
- coordinatios and support of recovery activities aor demand notice
- other tasks which may be from time to time assigned by hte supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- academic qualifications univerity degree in Law
- must be registerd Advocate
- profound knowledge of the legal system, especially banking, commercial contractual civil and criminal law
- experienced of at least 2 years in the financial sector and law related matters
- computer literacy microsoft office and excel
language fluency in English and kisahili

- ability to meet and cope with difficult clients
- ability to take responsibility work own initiative
