OUT GROWER MANAGER VACANCY
Job Description Job details: Rungwe Avocado Company is a private company dealing in avocado production and export, with an extensive network of its own avocado out growers. We invite applications from qualified individuals to join our team for the position ofOut grower manager.
The applicant will have the following qualifications:
a) Fluent in Swahili and English languages
b) Excellent communication skills with farmers and Associations
c) Experience with out growers
d) Experience with tree crops, preferably with avocado
e) Experience in managing a team of Extension Officers
f) Experience with Global Gap and other certifications
g) Experience with chemical and fertilizer applications
h) University Degree/ post graduate studies in Agriculture, preferably in fruit trees
i) Candidate should possess a driver license and computer literate
j) Familiar with working and living in the countryside, a self -starter and a creativethinker
k) This job is for Tanzanian
