Job Purpose
The Country Funding and Partnerships Lead will support the Country Director and other country staff to grow Oxfam income and partnerships at country level in order to resource all four (4) country goals.
To achieve the country program ambitions; the Country Funding and Partnerships Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing resource mobilisation strategies, in order to forge strategic partnerships between Oxfam and a wide range of donors, and will contribute to building capacity of Oxfam and partner’s in country. The post holder will be expected to work across the confederation of Oxfam affiliates in achieving the country funding strategy and be the primary link for accessing technical fundraising assistance and support from the confederation’s fundraising architecture.
