Our client operating restaurant in Moshi is looking to recruit restaurant supervisor Ref No: Ref No: EC/HQ/VAC-34/2017 Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor Salary: Negotiable Job Location: Moshi Report to: Restaurant Manager Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day/Night Start Date: Immediately We looking for an energetic and enthusiastic leader. Someone who can motivate his/her team members and spread pure Leadership as a Supervisor. From complete customer satisfaction to managing your team, running the operations (including hygiene and safety) of the store, and ensuring financial performance, you’ll have an entire business in your hands. Responsibilities include amongst others the overall accountability for the operation of a single restaurant (9-10 employees) ensuring delivery on the Brand Promise, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (quality service and products, increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). Minimum Requirements • Diploma/Certificate in hotel & hospitality management • Excellent communication skills (English/Kiswahili language is preferable) • 1-4 years of Supervisor experience in a restaurant or Food & beverage environment • Proficiency in MS Office and Micros • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to lead and motivate a team • Driver’s license • The ability to work irregular hours and/ or shifts • Clear criminal record • Clear Credit Record (Will be working with cash/stock or working with finances) • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills • Little knowledge in accounting
